1. Payment Terms

1.1 Booking and Deposit

  • To secure your booking for our services at Hover The Horizon, a non-refundable deposit is required.
  • The amount of the deposit will be specified at the time of booking.
  • The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final Deliverables unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1.2 Late Payment

  • Payments not received by the due date are subject to a late payment fee of [Specify Percentage or Amount].
  • We reserve the right to withhold delivery of Deliverables until all outstanding payments are received in full.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

2.1 Cancellation

  • Cancellations must be made in writing.

2.2 Refund Policy

  • Refunds for cancellations made outside of the specified timeframe will be processed according to the following:

3.1 Amendments

  • Any amendments to the booking or payment schedule must be agreed upon in writing between Hover The Horizon and the Client.
  • Changes to the Payment & Refund Policy will be communicated and updated in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
